My H-Trac is Hassett Air Express' secure customer-only web portal. As a Hassett customer, you are given login information that allows you to access specific account and shipment information. Accessed from the Internet via a web browser, there is no additional software to load. 

My-HTrac provides track & trace functionality for individual shipments, as well as offering proof of delivery (POD) and shipment detail reports.  It also features a tool that allows you to build a customized download file, containing only the information that you need.  You can easily open the file in Microsoft Excel or your tool of choice. 

My H-Trac is connected to the Hassett Transportation Management system, allowing you to view and retrieve information necessary to track your shipments, analyze your account and more. Hassett's Transportation Management system is updated on a regular basis, and is used by our Customer Service team to monitor your shipments from initial pickup to final destination.
